Getting Even More Creative, With The Aurvana DJ Headphones.

Still waiting for them to burn in, but read my initial impressions.

After about an hour or so of burn in with the Creative Aurvana DJ headphones, I heave to say that I’m not fully converted yet. However they are warming up. See what else I have to say about them.

Getting Creative!

The Creative HQ headphones are getting a lot of good comments. Looking at the HQ1400 comments and HQ1700 comments on the amazon.co.uk, they get a good 4.5 star rating each. In the case of the Creative HQ1400, I’m wondering of they’re better than the established Sennheiser HD201 headphones. They’re far better looking!

With the Creative HQ1700 RRP being £39.99, I wonder if they can take on my old favs, the HD212’s? Having never heard a pair of Creative headphones this might be interesting.

Spot The Difference?

Believe it of not, the headphones on the left and center are Creative HQ1700 headphones. The pair on the right are the Audio-Technica AHT-FC7 headphones. So there is a difference, not much of a difference but a difference nonetheless. To be honest, I’m putting the Creative HQ 1700 headphones on the ‘to buy’ list first, as they are cheaper, and Creative get a lot of good comments on Amazon, but it’s best to buy the HQ 1700 from ebay (Europe only)

As for the Audio-Technica headphones, you could try Audiocubes, and remember that when you order with Audiocubes, you earn reward points. It’s better than a kick in the guts! Click the Audio-Technica ATH-FC7 Portable Headphones image below for more info.
