For the most part, I’m not a big fan of Sony headphones. The only pair I liked were the MDR-CD280’s. But…I mean, these Sony SA range are in a different league altogether. How can you not love them for the mad design alone. There mad, absolutely bonkers and I want a pair!

Things are getting mighty expensive over here in the UK. Even with the good exchange rate, when it comes to most headphones, we’re still paying over the top compared to our American cousins. So allow us to rejoice in a good price saving now and again. Not only that, but the price saving for these Super.fi 3’s include shipping.

Now, having been stung by customs twice, I always add that you should ask the merchant to send your headphones as a ‘gift’ as to avoid unnecessary pain…in the from of a hefty customs charge. I paid just over £25 a pop, which is hefty when you consider that it’s nearly the price of these earphones.

Thankfully, for the most part these price savings are a good deal for most of us, and they provide worldwide shipping, which is an extra bonus, so now we can all cash in!

I never was a fan of the super.fi 3’s, but when my confidence in UE was knocked after the dreadful Super.fi 5EB’s, I’ve slowly been gaining my confidence. Not only in UE (thanks to the Metro.fi 2 earphones) but in sub $150 earphones as a whole. So after the Metro.fi’s the next obvious choice are the super.fi 3’s. The new super.fi 4’s are still over or around $100 mark, so for now, the super.fi 3’s are a bargain.
